Grifter Grifts: And why is that out of curiosity Heidi Rodriguez: This is an industry standard relationship between manufacturers and carriers. Some devices are provided for carrier locked contracts, and other devices are provided for unlocked with unlocked bootloader support. So based on the contract agreement between ZTE USA and T-Mobile, as well as, Metro PCS this device is specific to those two carriers.
