Howdy all. I'm Cornfuzzled, and brand new to smartphones.

I just got my HTC Droid Eris and am trying to harness the power to this little bugger. I'm hoping I to learn from all of you, and to be able to pass on my knowledge to future members.

First thing I'm lookin for is how to make this battery last! Then, how to really get into the guts and work this thing. So far, it's been a fun toy, but I really want to have it as a tool.
