i did a quick port of the theme for you. i did not test it so use at your own risk. and please make a backup beforehand.

Installed and it worked perfectly. Themes the drop downs, notification, system pop-ups and other misc items. Did not copy the app icons and the phone settings menu but that's ok. Thank you so much for this theme conversion. Now my HTC-ime keyboard matches my theme again.

i really dont have any problems with the previous 2.-whatever.
i even just finally got a theme mix i like on my phone.
not sure if/when i will flash it.

Has anyone tried to apply the clock removal mod for ApeX on this ROM?

I applied the battery mod for ApeX and that worked without any problems. I applied the hotfix for Fission this morning prior to running the battery mod without any problems. I know that doesn't address your clock question directly but I like my clock
