Help camera - out of focus at the last second

anyone else see this?

i take a picture and it shifts focus just slightly - and it ends up being out of focus

i'll see it sharply in focus, then when i snap the pic, it goes out of focus - especially when i take pics of a computer screen (note: i fix computers, i often see new viruses, i can't take a screenshot - so i take a pic w/ my camera)

Have you tried tapping the part of the screen you want it to focus on right before you take the pic?

didn't even know that was possible - but it is, i just tried it

no, that didn't help

know what it was? i had it dialed down to the lowest resolution - 640x368


bumped it up to 1M (1280x720) and now it keeps focus



"maybe" it was keeping focus, just at the lower resolution it LOOKED softer - ??

I would love to know how to fix this, because I was told that it's supposed to be an amazing camera, but the last second of focusing there's a great, clear picture, and then it goes out of focus..

Also, my blitz is annoying, it destroys whatever I'm taking a picture of with whiteness.. anyway I can fix this?

did you read what i posted?


i had it saving pix at the lowest resolution - make the resolution anything but the lowest resolution and you should have good clear pictures
