Hi, i am new to this forum and to Androids in general. I just got an zte n762 and can't seem to get rid of the xt9 function. I know it's hidden in (languages). I turned it off for text messages but it's still on in my browser, plus it turns itself back on in my texts after i turn it off. Is there any way i can remove it or an app that removes it? I'm pretty desperate.

Hello and welcome aboard. The best place to get help for your device would be in its area of support.

At0ms, welcome enjoy the site :pepsi:

and Rush Nice AV looks really good.

I'm sorry but I don't recognize your phone... it doesn't seem listed in our sections... I see it online but not here. Perhaps one of our other zte members can help you? :(

I found the solution, instead of going in the settings i just held down the text entered for a few seconds and the option to change my keyboard to android instead of xt9 popped up. Sorry about posting in the wrong thread, i'm not very tech savvy

Thanks everyone.
