But, I'm getting a little stir crazy by not working enough (yeah, and that whole money thing ;)).

I read bike and get all excited until I realize you mean the foot powered kind. I much prefer a rumble in my seat from the kind that moves without foot power. :D

5 hours of sleep - no problem! Good luck with that though.
 
Hehe. No, after having two bikes stolen (:(), I've one the route of bikes from Bikes Direct:

The quality is pretty good, but it can be spotty. They've more or less taken over some old English and French names and make bikes under them. Frames are decent, but they're able to put in great components for a fantastic price.
I have a fixie (single speed, fixed gear) and a motocross (mountain/road bike hybrid of sorts). They serve different purposes. The former, a commuter, the latter a shopping bike where I need to hump a lot of stuff (it has a rack).
Check out the site. Customer service is solid and the bikes are nice. :)

Posting from my chromebook. It is such a treat to use something so lean. I've thought about putting Ubuntu on this but then I'd have two laptops with Ubuntu and that would be kind of boring for me. chromebook is nice because I does everything I want it to except terminal related stuff. Does anyone know of a terminal app for chromebook? Can the sdk be downloaded and use on this little guy?

Don't know of one on the Chromebook, but I'm sure there is one.

Catalytic converter is bad. Don't know exactly what that is or why I need it, but it sounds expensive to fix? Oh well, I will drown my sorrows in the pool with a ice cold margarita. :beer:

Catalytic converter can be costly if you get it from a dealership. See if PapaLin has a contact that he knows and trusts. I have a guy who does work for me and charges me cost for almost all parts. Just got two Cat Cons put on my truck for 340 out the door.

Hey! ! ! Just got a call. Apparently a Cc is covered under warranty 8/80k... free baby! ! Free. Oh, and just in case you didn't know, Plin, costs me money where these things are concerned. He shows up for muscle, but not a very good negotiator. Although, he is huge so people by default don't like to mess with me.
