easiest way to restore ur imei is by flashing the rom by mastermined
after flashing the rom go to engineering mode by dialing *#*#3646633#*#* then select gprs option
there.u can restore imei
note : these options for editing imei is not available in any other mmx rom
it is the easiest method
one more method open terminal emulator and type
echo 'AT+EGMR=1,7,"your imei 1"' >/dev/pttycmd1
echo 'AT+EGMR=1,10,"your imei 2"' >/dev/pttycmd1
No need any tool
download terminal emulator from play store and do the mentioned that's very eazy
First of all i dunno WTF m doing on android forums this saturday night ... just digging and got to this page where you have the same problem which i had ages back ... lol ... registered to post a reply too ....
Nevermind ... Herez the procedure to get back your IMEI's working back again ...
Read and follow carefully ... i hope you have MMX A75 and assume you use Microsoft Windows and not MAC ... ... your phone is Rooted and you have any root explorer installed in your phone ...
1) download this zip file in my next reply as it not allowing to post links in my first ... the very first reply in this forum ... lol :
2) Extract the downloaded ZIP file directly into C: drive and rename the unzipped folder to IMEI(for easy use)
3) Go to Start in Windows and enter CMD in search, Once CMD is found, Run it ... you will find the CMD a.k.a command promt as: C:\
4) now type :
c:\cd IMEI
press enter
it will show up like :
c:\IMEI\
now at this point be very careful and get your IMEI's handy (you will find both the IMEI's printed at the back of the phone under the Battery)
write it down on a paper in bold so that you make no mistake in typing your own phone's IMEI's
Okay ... now type ahead:
c:\IMEI\imei.exe (your IMEI 1) (your IMEI 2)
in the following format ( IMEI of 15 digits shown as zeros ... you replace these zeros with your IMEI's ... watch spaces :
c:\IMEI\imei.exe 000000000000000 000000000000000
Once typed ... hit enter ... it will show you the result in the CMD window ... close the CMD window ....
5) now go to the Unzipped folder and find for the generated file ....
MP0B_001_NEW
6) Rename .... MP0B_001_NEW .... to ..... MP0B_001
Done ... well its past midnight and m still typing ... lol ...
7) Now Copy this MP0B_001 file to your SD card.
8) now tilt your head to left and see my pop eyed face ... lol ... that is number 8 followed by a bracket ... hehehe ...
okay serious please ... open your Root explorer in your phone and mount RW ...
9) Browse to the copied file ... long press the file to show you the option of copy ... ckick Copy MP0B_001 ...
10) Now click on the parent folder on the top to get you to the "/" folder ...
11) scroll down and click on DATA ... then NVRAM ... then MD ... then NVD_IMEI ... in the orderly way as follows ...
/ data / nvram / md / NVRAM / NVD_IMEI /
12) Once you are into the NVD_IMEI folder, click paste and overwrite the existing damaged file ...
Once Replaced successfully ... REBOOT YOUR PHONE WITHOUT A DELAY ...
Once your phone is ON again ... Your IMEI's are rocking again ...
