Help Problems after Factory Reset on the rooted G2 w/TWRP and KitKat 4.4.2. Pls Help if U can

Need help ASAP.

Did a factory reset on my LG G2 rooted phone w/TWRP.

when I turn on its shows battery with no charge but when plugged in it shows 99%.

Even worse is no matter what I touch the keyboard will not come up..

Don't have access to the PC w/LG Support Tool at the moment.

Any words of wisdom are highly appreciated.

nope

factory reset wiped out everything.

Well, the problem is the phone is not in my possession.
Non-technical guy who bought it sent me email with those problems.
Nothing I can do until I get the phone.

Yeah, I used to do a pretty good job about offloading a nandroid to the PC now and again for just such an occasion. But I have to admit, I've been lax on that lately.

Factory reset from the OS settings menu on a rooted phone seems to be a recipe for issues. I know that from experience.

same here. Lame. one of the reasons I don't want G2 anymore is the lack of the external SD. Would be no issue otherwise.

I rooted hundreds of android phones and never experienced this before.

I never had LG smartphones until recently though. It is my second LG phone where trouble begins after the factory reset. The first one was F6.
