Help Note4 does not find my Samsung Bluetooth earpiece

My Note 4 finds a cheaply wrap around Bluetooth head phones but not my Samsung earpiece. Suggestions for solution?

Make sure you put your headset in pairing mode correctly.

The earpiece only has an on/off switch. No other settings. Had no problems with note2

Have you looked at your headset manual? Some Samsung headsets pair with NFC, is your phone's NFC turned on? Others like my Plantronics go into pairing mode after you turn it off and press and hold the on button.
