Do you use Scenes??

Does anyone else find scenes to be a little overwhelming?

I'm trying to customize about 4-5 different scenes right now (one for work, play, travel, social, default) and I've got to tell you, its a bit exhausting and almost seems gratuitous and overwhelming at this point?

I mean, am I really going to change during a work scene while I'm at work and then change to my default scene when I get home and then change to my social scene when I go out?

Maybe its just me, but it seems to be a little much and even though I have 4-5 scenes set up, I may just end up editing the default one I am using to fit my needs/wants.

So, do you use Scenes? How often?
 
I use one custom "scene." I find with 7 screens on Sense there is plenty to take care of all my needs in any situation
 
I like the idea and have 2 that I mainly use, Personal and Work. If they would add more features it would be much more useful. Such as; having different sound profiles along with each scene, and have a timed option (have it auto switch to work during the work day, switch back to personal after). Those two features would be great alone!

Not only do I not use 'Scenes', I only use 5 of my 7 available home screens :rolleyes:
 
I might use them more if you could set them to switch based on a timer or other criteria. HTC should include that ability natively in a later version
 
That is a cool idea.

Like most people I use a custom scene, 7 screens for now is plenty.

If it had only 3 screens, I'd definitely use it. With 7 screens, and pinch shortcut to access all of the screens, there's no need for me to set them up.
 
I use Scenes and really enjoy this feature. Right now I have one custom scene I named Default and use it for every day type stuff.

I have a 2nd scene named Car that I flip over to when I go on a long commute. On my main home screen I have Trapster, Car Panel, My Tracks, GPS Test, Slacker widget and Power Control widget (stuff I want readily available when driving).

Don't know that I'd create many more Scenes than these 2 but I do like the convenience.

After thought: I wish you could save settings such as screen timeout, brightness, screen lock password within each Scene.
