Can you use an Android wear watch's mic to talk to the other person on a call? and use wired headphone without a mic connected to the phone, to listen to the other person?

I was going to answer this then realized I'm really not sure- much of me thinks it's not possible but I could be wrong.

I asked a dev. this question. His response was that it's not possible with the current android version. Maybe in a future software update it will be but just not now unfortunately.
