    Problems with my data - new cycle unlocked Verizon Not 3

    While I'm online my phone is notifying me that I'm offline I always have 2 small bars if any , it goes from 4G to 3G to something even lower I think it's up n down arrows with an letter E and also up and down arrows with an H+ and I just paid my bill and I'm in a new cycle  so I know...
