Just wondering how long everyone's phone takes to boot up to a state where you can actually use the phone without any lag occuring.

Is it normal to experience lag when opening programs. A number of times my screen has gone black when opening a program and the device seems to be unresponsive when pushing the buttons. A few seconds later the phone goes into a mini frenzy because of the buttons pressed during the lag time...

Is there an app or website that lets you download or stream video clips (movie trailers, etc.) in 720p? I tried youtube and selected "view in high quality" but I highly doubt it was displaying 720p.

I've been experiencing a problem where the phone vibrates in short pulses and returns to the home screen. The home button also vibrates at the same time. It hasn't happened much maybe 7 times or so since Sunday. Curious what it could be. Anyone else experience this?
