Help PLEASE HELP! new to android stuff..
So i got a new phone yesterday.... and it is a Samsung Android Dart.. i needed a new phone and it was only $127 dollars.. im broke most of the time and cant afford a $500 phone.. but after only two days i got a message saying i have exceeded my 200mb data limit.. and that i will be charged 10...- theodoreeee
