    Help Hero Awake Time - Need Help!

    I have had this phone for about 8 months now and I was able to keep the awake time down below 20% when I wasn't using the phone. On Monday this week my phone freaked out and it wouldn't turn on. It finally did and did a reset. I lost my contacts and apps but everything else stayed in my phone...
