ASUS previously suggested that the ASUS Zenfone 3 Zoom's US launch was delayed so the company could rework it with better specs. The company is now backtracking on that announcement by saying that they have simply delayed it, suggesting that the US will get the same Zenfone 3 Zoom as everyone else.
The Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom is now on sale in Taiwan for NT$ 14,990 ($485 USD). Color options include Glacier Silver and Navy Black. The phone is also expected to be available in the US later this quarter and should sell for $400.
At CES this year, ASUS revealed the ZenFone 3 Zoom to the world, but they didn't give too much information about pricing and availability. However, it seems they will be releasing the device sometime in Q1 of this year, and at a price of ¥3,699 (which is around $533).

The Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom has gained approval by the FCC. The device is expected to sport a 16MP dual-sensor main camera, a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display, Snapdragon 625 processor, 2/3/4GB RAM configurations along with 16/32/64 GB of storage. Asus is expected to unveil the phone at CES.
