Huawei had previously been the most popular smartphone OEM in China, but was then beat out by Oppo. However, a new report from Canalys says Huawei shipped close to 21 million units to secure an 18% market share during Q1 2017 in China.
A new report from Canalys suggest smartphone shipments have returned to growth after long periods of decline. Samsung, Apple, and Huawei were responsible for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd most shipments.
