GSM Arena has their review up for the Honor 8 Pro from Huawei and felt it was an interesting mix of new and old hardware. They wouldn't really call it a flagship, but they did like the high performance chip paired with the high resolution screen and the new version of Android that it runs.
The Honor 8 was received a decent reception when launched, but now Huawei has just released a Pro variant in Russia. The device is actually identical to the V9 that was launched in China, but pricing has yet to be announced.
Some leaked information claims to shed some light on a new smartphone Huawei will announce at MWC 2017. If true, Huawei will launch the Honor 8 Pro with its 5.7" 1440p display, Kirin 960 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 3,900mAh capacity battery and 2 rear cameras.
