    Sharp's Android-powered robot is $1800 and can make calls, send messages and dance for you

    Sharp has revealed the RoboHon, their 8-inch robot that can assist you at home or in your office. It runs Android, and thus can send messages, make calls, read incoming notifications and accept voice commands. It even dances for you if you ask nicely. Sharp today confirmed a price tag of $1800.

    Last year Sharp released a demo video of a robot companion called RoboHon. This little guy has companion and smartphone features built into it. The company showed this product off at CES this year, but they were unable to reveal anything about a release date, price, specs, etc.
