A new update to the mobile SoundHound app now lets you access all of your Spotify playlists, along with the ability to view "LiveLyrics".

Personal assistants are incredibly popular these days with companies like Amazon and Google taking the lead. SoundHound has just announced they've raised $75 million in funding in an attempt to compete with the big boys with their own voice AI assistant.

SoundHound has been working on their own voice assistant for a while, and now they want to get it into more devices. The company has teamed up with Onkyo to bring it to the company's Bluetooth speakers. They're also partnering with Shenzhen Robots.

Google has an app sale and a game sale of the week program where they discount one app and one game to only $0.10. This is never available in the United States though, but you can get SoundHound for only a dime in select countries around the world right now.
