Root [1st Gen] Kindle fire 6.3.3 stuck on red fire logo

I followed the instructions on how to root the kindle and was successful on that along with applying the play store and go launcher.

I was on step 2:

step 1: fastboot -i 0x1949 flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.2.2.1-blaze.img
step 2: fastboot -i 0x1949 flash bootloader fff-u-boot_v1.5.bin \
step 3: fastboot -i 0x1949 oem idme bootmode 4000 \
step 4: fastboot -i 0x1949 reboot

Then my kindle rebooted and got stuck on the red kindle fire boot logo. I've tried everything from soupkit to Kindle Unbrick Utility and can't seem to fix it. I feel like i just screwed myself after paying $60 for it . Any help would be great and I be will to donate $20 to anyone who can help me get it working again. :(

P.S windows 7 is not recognizing the kindle. Occasionally I can get it to recognize it as a samsung device. lol

OK... I had the back cover off thinking about doing the short the board thing and decided against it... while i was putting the back cover back on the kindle booted into twrp than my damn battery died!! OOO man God must hate me or something. I wish I could get it back into twrp lol
