Help 2 different incoming calls screens?

Ok this isnt a huge deal just something I noticed. Sometimes when I get a call I get the display where is says drag down to answer and up to ignore, but other times I get a regular call screen with a green answer button to the left and red end/ignore button to the right

Anyone else seeing that? Anyway to choose just one screen?

Just had something like that happen to me today on my Samsung Epic. Normally. I get the screen where I drag up to answer, down-left to ignore and down-right to ignore with text. Today, I got the more generic screen. I use Easy Answer, so I would prefer the generic version. Also, I use Go Contacts as my dialer, but it doesn't have any themes for incoming calls.

I still get the 2 different screens I just got used to it but still kinda wonder why there are 2 and if there is some way to pick one over the other
