Help 2012 Nexus 7 wifi ota error (stock/nonrooted)

After months of waiting I finally got the notification I could download the 5.0.2 update. I am able to verify and download the update, but when I choose restart and install I get an error message(open chest Android with exclaimation mark in red triangle). I have tried wiping the cache, factory reset, and redownload. I have tried at least 10 times and it failed at the same point everytime. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am not an expert, but make sure that you have not disabled any of the Google apps. Those generally need to be enabled to update properly. Your mileage may vary.

I have/had disabled some Google apps, but if I did a reset wouldn't they be re enabled? Or would I have to manually re enable them?
