Help 4g is on but isnt working

4g is on but not working

I have had my phone for about 4 months now and usually the 4g works fine but recently i have tried putting it on after my monthly payment reset and it doesnt work. I can send messages and do calls but cant go on the internet unless I have wifi. HELP!
