Root 4G Mobile Hotspot removal

I'm tired of seeing this in my app drawer because I'll NEVER use it. I can't seem to find the name of it so I can get rid of it or freeze it. Anyone know where I can find it and if its safe to delete?

I think its part of the system and can't be removed. could be wrong.

Why would you want to remove one of the key features of the phone?? maybe your better off with one of the cheaper Metro phones

Like he stated earlier, he doesn't use it. What's the point of having an app you don't use??

Not unless wanna build your own system or just delete the settings app (which is near to impossible to do)
