Root 4G reboots phone when turned on

running cm7.
Never had an issue with my 4G service until today. I live in a 4G area, and as of this morning, whenever I turn on my 4G my phone freezes and reboots to the boot animation screen. And sometimes reboots a few times in a row before it loads up.
..any ideas on a fix?....could it just be a bad nandroid backup?
I have tried a reboot and dalvic cache clear...nothing

have you tried wiping cache as well? anytime i have a random bug of sorts i always try wiping cache and dalvik cache. if the problem persists you may want to try and do a manual wipe of system, cache and dalvik cache; flash Calkulin's_FORMAT_ALL.zip. then flash cm7 again.

Well I got it working again. I had to drop back down from 7.0.3 to 7.0.2
Not sure why, because I had 7.0.3 for over a week and it ran fine...ohh well, glad to have my 4G back!
