Help A few questions about Vivid

Hello

This is my first time ever having an android phone. I got the HTC Vivid and I LOVE it, but I have a few questions.

1) It won't let me log into my HTC sense account when I try to get new skins. I tried logging in on my computer and it let me log in there. Anyone else have this problem? I've checked my email and activated my account.

2) All of my contacts are saving but one just won't stay. When I click on "people" she's there, but her texts just show her number. None of the others are doing it I've deleted her and re-added her but that doesn't help. Any ideas?

3)Is there a way to change the way texts look? Like colors and everything?

1-Go to menu/settings/account and sync and add account.Set up HTC Sense and log in from there.

2-Im not sure whats going on with the contact.Try linking the contact to a google contact maybe.You can also open people/hit menu/There are lots of options here.

3-Only by downloading an app from the market such as Handcent sms.
