Root A phone with the same specs as EVO DESIGN 4G

Define "specs". Hardware with exactly the same port numbers? Uses the same 3G/4G frequencies? Same screen size? Same amount of RAM? If you want one identical you're not going to find one - even on the EVO Design 4G assembly line. If you want one with a particular spec the same, you're going to have to tell us which spec.

Software, im going to try to find a similar phone so i can download a ROM and try to modify it so it could work on this phone.
 
I don't know if this helps, but here are some with similar specs except ram (pretty close) and processor (dual core instead of single core).

HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE - Fireball

HTC One S - ville
 
you may try evo 4g becoz that has exactly same specs but with less ram and more screen size it has many roms you can give it a try!!!!
