Root Accidentally denied shell Superuser permission

Hello,

Right after I rooted my phone, I was constantly getting the "shell allowed su permissions" notification and it was a nuissance. I thought a quick fix would be to deny the shell superuser permissions. I was unaware of what I was denying, and am now unable to allow new apps su permissions. I thought I should uninstall su and reinstall, and now not only can I not allow permissions, but NONE of my apps have permission. In the command line when I type in ADB SHELL, it Says error: device not found
I dug myself a pretty deep hole here. Any help is more than appreciated.

I rerooted my phone with motochopper with no success. Any other ideas? When I type in adb root: "error: device not found", and for su "Permission denied"

Moved to RAZR HD / MAXX HD - All Things Root. Hope you find your answer. Cheers :-)!
