acer liquid mini wont detect

hi im new to rooting
and i want to root my phone acer e310
but adb wont detect it
i ve installed the drivers required and android sdk but nothing
please help

yes and installed drivers from acer site
and allowed unkown sources

its ok i ve redone all steps and it fixed reinstalled and installed all drivers and its done close the theard
