Adding periods using "Speak Now"

Does anyone know how to incorporate punctuation ie., periods or commas using the "Speak Now" feature of the phone?

Also, is there an = sign somewhere?

It will automatically put periods at the end of sentances. If it doesnt, you can say period or dot.

You can say dot? I'll try that I guess it works with semicolon or comma? Although I don't know if I was talking if I'd want a semicolon! haha
