Help All Calls Direct to Voicemail

Does anyone know how to make ALL calls go direct to voicemail? When i try to upload a large file to YouTube, FB, etc - an incoming call/SMS kicks me off; and, I have to start all over.

Argh!

I have found how to do this on the HTC, through Settings:Wireless:Mobile Networks.... but similarities stop there.

happened to me a few times .. I think it's due to a weak signal but also an android issue with cdma networks
