I dont think so.. not really sure. Dont hang out in Ally general to much. I think Rgocal (Bionx Developer) is making a either WiFi AOSP or Wifi Bionx....
The Ally will work over WiFi with any ROM. The phone does not need to be activated on any account to work over WiFi. As long as you have it tied to a gmail account, you can download any compatible app through google play.
