Am I the only one with all kinds of problems after ICS update?

Since ICS I have had all kinds of problems. First I noticed that my bluetooth just doesnt sound good in my car any more. Also since ICS I have to do a battery pull every day or 2 because my phone is locking up and/or unresponsive. Sometimes it jsut starts bouncing between apps and/or screens and sort of shiverring for lack of a better term. What is the best thing to do to remedy all this? FYI - my ICS is OTA update from Sprint. ICS is cool and all but my phone was MUCH more stable before this. Thanks.

I'm having lots of problems similar to yours too. It locks up or is slow and can't keep up with me when changing app's, doesn't notify of texts, etc. I loved my phone before the update and now it just frustrates me!!!

Not so much problems, but just alot slower, laggy and GPS works even worse.

And I still havnt figured out how to get back to Gingerbread.
