Help AmTek Blacklist app doesn't work on my new Moto G

I used BlackList for years with my old Samsung 2. It appeared to install OK on my Moto G and it says that it is set up for blocking calls (I block all except contact list). However non-contact calls still ring through and the BlackList log shows no calls blocked since I started using this phone. Running Android 4.4.4.
