Android 4.2.2 rolling out to GT-N5100, starting in Germany

Official Android 4.2.2 update rolling out to Galaxy Note 8.0 3G (GT-N5100) | SamMobile

For those of you that bought the 3G variant of the Note 8.0, but want to manually update, Sammobile also mentions that they have it available through their website.

Now, I just want to know when the 5110 will get the update! Need some love for the wifi only version.

Hey ya I just got my Samsung Note 8 wifi only edition today and I really want to get 4.2.2 as I've heard the performance and battery boosts that come with it are pretty significant or at least noticeable. All I see when I search google about it are articles that tell you how you can get the update from cyanogenmod. But I don't know if the update will come soon or if it will come out at all ;/ I wouldn't mind 'rooting' it for the first time but if I could I'd rather just get the official update from Samsung themselves.

I'm sure an update for the wifi only 5110 will come at some point, but it's probably a priority to get the update to the owners that have data connectivity (e.g. 3g/lte/phone versions).
