I found this link discussing some details about 4.4.3...I hope the MG will get it also. It seems to have a few bug fixes.

The camera fixes wont apply to the g. Moto updates there camera thru the playstore.

Most of those will apply only to nexus devices, as other manufacturers change the open source code in a number of ways before releasing their device.

Its entirely possible those are already fixed on the moto g
