According to the manual for the hands-free phone utility in my car
the contacts list on the phone should be downloaded to the car
automatically once "pairing" has been effected and connection
established. This certainly did happen with my Blackberry phone
and still does for my wife (also Blackberry) but it doesn't happen
when my Galaxy Ace is connected. The phone's name appears as the
connected device on the display in the car and I can make and
receive calls but the "Phonebook" button on the display is greyed
out.
