Android wont unlock

[Android Question]

I dropped my Android into the water, it still works and turns on but the screen sensitivity wont let me unlock my phone. It wont let me click anything or trace my fingers over my pattern to unlock. I have the Droid Razr Maxx HD, carrier: Verizon.

I would turn it off. Take it apart (covers off etc) and pack it in dry rice for at least 24hrs to try and dry it out properly. (Don't heat it up.).
