Help Another data recovery question

I had some text messages that were deleted when doing a factory reset + cache wipe.
Is there any chance in getting these back? (really just need the number)

They're gone unfortunately.

There are recovery apps out there (I think), but they're not very reliable.

Guess which dumb-dumb has gone and done the same thing again? :stupid:

This time I made a nandroid backup before, but something went wrong and the md5s dont match ( I think the backup of the system partition didnt work for whatever reason) so would I still be able to recover the data?

if you are on contract you can get them online from your provider, just view a previous bill
