Another onscreen menu?

This menu appears if you take your finger and slide up from bottom of screen over the onscreen menu buttons. One is preset to google. But of course there is no setting in the device i can find to edit in options. Is this a remnant of other lg devices or am i missing something here?

Ok the function is called Ringpad. You can use G3 Tweakbox via Xposed to add shortcuts to the pad.

Lol, I ended up disabling it cause I accidently kept engaging google now when I'd swipe up on web pages. I think I disabled it from home screen hidden menu (which is enabled in G3 tweakbox)
They should have options for the ringpad in the regular settings, not a module. Would just make sense.
