Any tips on getting a refurb from Sprint?

Hi All,
I'm going to Sprint tomorrow to get my dust issues fixed. Any tips on how I can get a replacement instead? I've got a pretty bad scratch on my screen that I would like to not have anymore. Thanks! (no insurance for me)

Are you within your 30 days? Otherwise, just do it yourself.

I'm not within my 30 days and I can't exactly get a refurb myself.

If your out of your 30 days and don't have insurance your probably out of luck.

I meant, just clean the dust from the screen yourself. It is really easy and takes about ten minutes tops.
