Anyone know how to get to the "hidden menu"

Hey all I was doing some snooping around with my root browser the other day and ran across a hidden menu file I just wanted to know how to get to it or is it something else??

I'm not sure lol sorry it was just a file that said hidden menu. But maybe that's the one I know the rush has a lot of key pad menus for everything. I looked them up one time. But maybe that's all it was. I was just curious
