Anyone using Motorola Phone Tools?

Wow, the memories; I used to use MPT on my old e815 years ago. What would you use MPT with the X for?

Looking at Motorola's site, it doesn't look like MPT supports the X (nor the D1 or D2).

Wow! MPT takes me back a few years! The last phone I had that supported MPT was an old V710.

My advice is DO NOT use MPT with an Android phone, I did it tonight and it crashed my laptop so badly that I can't even boot up in Safe mode. It's going to be an uphill fight to reinstate an image of the drive.
Motorola doesn't bother to warn users.
Use the Android tool instead.

MPT from what i remember was strictly for moto phones that were running Moto's own mobile os. ..back in the day.

i too cut my modding teeth with MPT and P2kman doing seem edits on some moto phones
