Root Anyone's Maps 5.1 crashing on CM 6.1?

Is anyone else's Google Maps 5.1 crashing on CM 6.1 randomly? Every now and then I'll be in an app on the phone, and a message box will pop up saying google maps crashed, and gives me the option to force close.

This just started happening after the 5.1 upgrade. Rebooting the phone doesn't fix it.

It's infrequent, but continuing to annoy me.
