Today, it's been implied that Android 7.1 Nougat will launch with the upcoming 2016 Nexus smartphones. So it would make sense that Google employees are actively testing this update.
The surprising part is (assuming these stats are true) that Google is already busy working on Android O, and 4 people who are testing it have also decided to use this developer's application.
