app to add vacation and sick accurals

Im looking for an app. that will keep track of my sick and vacation time accurals. I get 3.08 sick and 4.08 vacation added to the books at work every other week. Is there an app. out there that I can program these numbers into that will add them up every other week for me? My works time track system sucks and I want to keep track my self so i dont get jipped out of time. PLEASE HELP
