So ive read about kit kate app to sd, etc. Im on the debloated rom posted elsewhere in forum. I have 2 app to sd apps saying my phone not supported. I tried 2 of the apps that are supposed to fix the permission saying my phone IS able to now move apps. ...

You can partition your sd card and use Link2SD (More info here). Note that you'll need to buy Link2SD Pro to be able to move any external data files. You can also try using FolderMount, though I haven't tested it on this phone.
