Root Apps don't launch

Hi,

I have the following problem with new Sony Xperia Z3 compact.

I can download apps from Google Play Store but can't launch them. In the Play Store the apps appear as they were installed but I can't find them from applications menu or launch them from Play Store. Any tips on how to tackle this issue?

Try factory reset and check the unknown app source and post back if you have any other questions
