Yes I am very happy
I have always used smartphones and my first android touchscreen was the desire but it got stolen so I went for the blackberry. I loved the functions of the bb but did not see why I had to pay the add on just to use the standard features of a phone like emailing and market etc when I could use all that for free on any other phone. I never really enjoyed bb messenger and got annoyed with the constant pointless broadcasts that people would send....so I decided to sell the bb and go back to android.
I bought the Wildfire S 2 weeks ago and to be honest it really done my head in. Everytime I had to send an email I just found it a chore and hard work, specially hitting the right keys or the predictive text changing it to a word I did not want and I actually started missing the advantages of a qwerty keyboard. So after 2 weeks of purchase I got rid and got the ChaCha and I love it.
Functions are easy to use, screen is a good size for me, not much difference really to the bb and makes also the web viewing an ease with the advantage of touchscreen too. Love texting and emailing again and who needs bb messenger when you can download whatsapp with more personalised options like backgrounds etc.
I am very happy with my choice to buy the ChaCha and cant put the phone down

Speaking for my wife, here. Yes, very happy she bought the Status, as it is called here. She has had minor issues, mostly related to the fact that this is her first smartphone, but they have been almost exclusively software related, be it Android, or an app. As long as you are not a power-user, who is going to install bunches of apps and expecting it to perform like a dual-core LTE device, you'll be fine with this phone. Also, she loves the feel of this phone when talking, as well as the voice quality.
